1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The AmazingTechProducts.com
Enter To Win Online Sweepstakes (the
"Sweepstakes") begins on December 1st, 2007 and ends on August 30,
2008. At that time a new award schedule will be posted.
2. To enter, (i) visit the
AmazingTechProducts.com Website via the Enter To Win tab, fill in the online
entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. All
online entries must be received by 10:00 a.m. by the close of each month on the
30th date to be eligible.
3. Only one online entry per person
per email address. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more
than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day

2. Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must
be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, be
21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address
and internet access prior to December 1, 2007. Sweepstakes is void in

3. Drawing and Notification: The Winner will be
selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing monthly
throughout the promotional period (December 1, 2007 – August 30, 2008).
Odds of winning a monthly prize depend on the number of eligible entries
received. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared
made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and
such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such
registered user. The "registered user" is the natural person to whom
an email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service
provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries will be
deemed to have been made by the registered user of the email address.

This
schedule is subject to change based on Amazing Tech Products Inc discretion.
Approximate retail value of prizes will vary, but not to exceed: $200.00. All
costs, taxes, fees, shipping expenses, and expenses associated with any element
of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the
winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner's
responsibility. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in
the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may
apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package)
or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor in which case a prize of equal
or greater value will be awarded. Some restrictions may apply. The prize winner
will be solely responsible for any and all other expenses, taxes and fees
associated with his/her prizes.
5. Prize Conditions: In order to ensure the
eligibility of a potential winner, it is required that such winner execute
affidavits of eligibility and release prior to the release of any prizes won
under this sweepstakes. If prize or prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner
will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and
acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to
use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical
information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all
forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
6. Limitations of Liability: Winner and entrants
also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes
Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives
and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any
injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any
kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,
possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any
Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes
Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or
incomplete on-line entries due to system errors, failures or any technical
malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. If for any
reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but
not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of
Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right
at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other printing errors in
the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to,
errors in the printing of posting of the offer or in these Official Rules, the
selection or announcement of the winners, or the distribution of any prizes.
7. Winners List: After December 30, 2007 and
future closes of each month, you may obtain the name of the prize winner by
mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: AmazingTech Products Inc,
PO Box 612677, San Jose, CA 95161-2677. Requests received after close of first
prize term defined herein as December 2007- August 2008 will not be honored.
