Sitting on your PC would break it right?  Not any more.  The new Athena Sofa is the first PC you could sit on and work on at the same time.  As confusing as that way sound, it makes sense when you realize that I am referring to the Athena Sofa PC made by Artanova.  I would tell you more about this company, but because they are based in Switzerland, their website was in German.  Many people claim this sofa to be the most comfortable sofa ever, but maybe there are bias because of its build in touch screen PC’s featured at each end of the sofa.  This amazing product allows you to work on your computer while relaxing on a comfortable sofa.  Does it get much better?

 Everyone knows what a hassle it can be to lug your laptop around, especially when you are trying to relax and get some work done.  Having to find an outlet to plug your computer into and finding a pillow or something to place under your laptop so it doesn’t overheat in your lap, are just two of the downsides to dragging your laptop around.  Thanks to the Athena Sofa Pc, you can now simple sit down on the most comfortable couch in your house or office and get right to work without worrying about bringing your laptop.  Although this couch is very pricey, it is a great buy considering the perks.  The most amazing feature of this sofa pc is that it can be set up to work with your home multimedia system.  That means you can control simple things such as your DVD player to more complicated things such as your sound system. 

When I first heard about this product I was a bit skeptical.  As I started to do more research and look at other reviews of it, I realized that it has a lot to offer.  The idea of a couch with two built-in touch screen Pc’s is fantastic!  I am surprised that something of this sort has not come out sooner.  We all now what an annoyance it can be to use a plethora of remotes to simply watch a movie or to bring your laptop with you to the living room couch when there are no nearby plugs.  All of these problems can be fixed with the Athena Sofa PC, the worlds first Sofa that is undeniably cozy and ridiculously beneficial.
