If you enjoy a smoke, but don’t like the negative aspects of smoking then the company Ploom has been created to take care of you with their new innovative Ploom model One.

We tested out the Ploom model One and give it a solid good B grade for the overall experience. We also give it a two thumbs up for great effort on this innovation, creative concept, and cool idea! It really is remarkable and worth checking out.

What we really liked about the Ploom model One besides the  innovative concept are the following:

• First of the packaging is first class and excellent. The Ploom model One comes in a nice box and there is a cool leather case to hold it along with the pods. 
• The pod boxes are packaged very nicely too. They have creative flavor names, nice tobacco & herb offerings, and presented in a way that screams good quality. 
• You would think by the look, touch, and feel of the packaging that this Ploom model One product was launched by Apple and their iPod team….We say this with a smile.
• The overall solution is great. It works as it’s marketing and advertised. Easy to use and no hassle. Your smoking, or shall we say your vaporizing, in seconds. It’s like your own personal hooka experience!
• It’s fun to use as well and easy to refill new pods plus put in new fuel so no issues at all. Just grab the Ploom model One and your good to go!

The only potential “not so good” aspect is the butane fuel smell seems to sometimes come through in the experience.  There is this sense of fuel smell that can be distracting. We were not sure if it was because we got fuel on the Ploom model One device by accident or if that is just the way it is so could be our error. 

Lastly, one thing that the jury of public opinion will have to determine is if holding this plastic bic pen type device feels & looks cool. What seems to be the allure of cigars is you have this cool hand rolled tobacco, nice stogie in your hand, and have this cool perception when smoking it. I’m not sure the Ploom can pull that off in it’s current design or materials. I’m not a smoker so admit my feedback here is just a small opinion to be taken with a grain of salt, but just sharing some honest thoughts when holding this device and smoking. You have to ask yourself would I pull this out in a public social outing to smoke and does it feel ‘right’ smoking out of this pen like plastic device?  Perhaps new materials in the touch & feel experience could help here.  The hooka seems to be a good experience just the way it is so perhaps this Ploom model One will be just fine for you.

Overall we are impressed and give this Ploom model One 2 thumbs up!  It’s a must try experience for anyone who likes a smoking experience from time to time and appreciates innovation & technology. If your a serious smoker then you should try this out for sure! If the Ploom model One can help you switch from cigarettes and get away from smoke/nicotine/tar then this Ploom model One can also be a life saving device!
